Thank you for reaching out. Before we begin, we would like to explain our simple and easy process for building an amazing website. 


First, we discuss your budget, goals and basic information for your new website. We choose the best platform for your brand: Squarespace, Wordpress or Shopify.


You will receive and be asked to fill out a brand questionnaire form that helps you you focus on what's truly important for your website. The brand questionnaire helps us gain a better understanding of your goals and preferences. 


After you have decided on the package that is best for you we will provide you with a contract and an invoice. A 50% deposit is required on all projects before you will be placed on our calendar. 


Within a few days, we email you with your new website as a draft. We offer 1-2 rounds of revisions with each of our packages with the option of purchasing more revisions if necessary. We have found that our clients are more than happy with their design after they have gone through the entire process with us and been provided with 2 opportunities to request revisions.


The last and final step! We will tweak your website based on your revisions and make sure it's perfect. We connect your domain and set up a one-on-one chat to help you make edits to your website. We then ask for the remaining 50% of payment. Voilà!
